The Udaipur Mahila Samridhi Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. was established on 12th June 1995 with a vision to empower women and strengthen cooperative banking services in Rajasthan.
Mrs. Kiran Maheshwari served as the first Chairperson of the Bank, while Mrs. Kiran Jain held the position of Vice Chairperson.
New branches were established across Udaipur including Maldas Street, Ashok Nagar, Govardhan Vilas, Salumber, Sunderwas, Hiran Magri and Bhuwana to expand banking accessibility.
Became Rajasthan’s first cooperative bank to successfully implement Core Banking Solutions (CBS).
Received Best Women Co-operative Bank Award for excellent banking services and customer trust.
Official bank website and SMS Banking facilities were launched for better customer communication and convenience.
The bank achieved 0% Net NPA and maintained excellent financial discipline.
Since 2012, the Bank has continuously strengthened its digital banking services through innovative and secure banking solutions.
Cheque Truncation System (CTS) and modern digital payment infrastructure were implemented successfully.
Dr. Kiran Jain, associated with the Bank since its inception, resumed leadership as Chairperson in 2022 after a brief interval, continuing the Bank’s vision of stable and progressive growth.

Eighth branch inaugurated at Bhuwana to strengthen banking reach and customer support.
