Eligibility Criteria

  • Major owner of the property must be the borrower lady or her spouse.
  • Income of co-borrower / family member can be clubbed for loan eligibility.
  • Loan eligibility depends upon repayment capacity and annual income.
  • Property valuation by Bank-approved valuer is mandatory.
  • Legal verification and documentation are compulsory.

General Conditions

  • Two references who know the borrower are mandatory.
  • Maximum limit recommendation is restricted up to 85% value of plot as per DLC Rate / realizable value along with other eligible criteria.
  • Maximum loan eligibility is restricted up to 400% of annual income of eligible earning members and also depends upon repayment tenure.
  • Valuation of the property shall be conducted by the Bank.
  • Loan sanction and disbursement shall be subject to Bank norms and verification.
