Eligibility Criteria

  • Major owner of the property must be the borrower lady or her spouse.
  • Income of co-borrower/family member can be clubbed.
  • Loan eligibility depends upon repayment capacity and annual income.
  • Property valuation by Bank-approved valuer is mandatory.
  • Legal verification and documentation are compulsory.

General Conditions

  • Two references who know the borrower are mandatory.
  • Maximum limit recommendation is restricted up to 90% realizable value of plot as per DLC Rate / Registry Value or realizable value and estimated construction value along with other eligible criteria.
  • Maximum loan is restricted to 400% of annual income of both eligible incomes and also depends on the term of loan.
  • Loan disbursement shall be made stage-wise:

    1. Plot Purchase – 75% of Registry / DLC Value whichever is lower
    2. DPC – 10% of Registry / DLC Value whichever is lower
    3. Lintel – 20% of remaining sanctioned amount
    4. Slab Casting – 30% of remaining sanctioned amount
    5. Flooring – 20% of remaining sanctioned amount
  • Remaining loan amount shall be disbursed after completion of finishing work.
  • One borrower can avail maximum two Housing Loans (₹70 Lakhs × 2) at a time.
